Hillsboro Chocolate Company is a locally owned and operated artisan chocolate shop located in the scenic Grassland area of Franklin, Tennessee. We opened our doors in December 2007 and have been happily serving the community with our chocolates ever since.

Chocolate beans, which originate from the cacao tree, have been harvested in Costa Rica for centuries. At Hillsboro Chocolate Company, we have examined the Costa Rican chocolate legacy and incorporated their philosophy of Pura Vida, or “pure life”, in everything we do. Our goal is to help our customers experience the fullness of life through our handcrafted, artisan chocolates. We focus on producing delectable creations that are both exciting and familiar, contain only the purest ingredients, and above all, inspire joy at the first bite!
